Shipping Policy
At TerraKota Farm, we take great care to ensure your figs are delivered at peak freshness. Because figs are highly delicate and harvested daily, our delivery network currently covers selected areas within the Klang Valley. All deliveries are made on the same day your order is packed to maintain exceptional quality.
Shipping charges are on a per order basis. It will be stated clearly at the product item page, unless the item is under free delivery.
Customers will be given a tracking number once the items have been shipped out.
Before accepting the parcel from courier services, please ensure that the parcel is in good condition. If parcels are not in proper condition such as open seal etc, do call us on the spot or buyers can ask them to return the goods to us.
Once the items are received, please kindly check the items. If they are not in a good condition, please contact us and send us a picture as proof immediately. We shall investigate as to whether the damage is due to our side or the courier services.
We shall not be liable for anything happened during the delivery such as item lost or damaged due to the negligence of the courier services. However we shall do our best to deal with the courier services on behalf of our customers.
In case the damage is due to our side or the goods delivered are different from the order, we shall provide full refund (of the goods actually ordered).
Delivery Coverage & Rates
We deliver according to postcode-based zones. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made as per schedule above, subject to harvest volume and weather conditions.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off may be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
You will receive a notification once your order is on the way.
Handling & Freshness
Our figs are:
Hand-harvested in the morning
Sorted and packed the same day
Delivered in temperature-controlled conditions where possible
Because figs are fragile, please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window. You will be liable for delivery costs and potential deterioration of freshness of the fruits if someone fails to receive the order and store it in the fridge immediately.

TerraKota Farm reserves the right to adjust delivery zones, fees, and schedules based on seasonal availability, traffic conditions, and operational requirements.
