Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at TerraKota Farm.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

For faulty, stale, or incorrect purchases, contact us immediately for a refund of the purchase price, excluding Delivery Cost and Online Payment Fees, subject to the terms below.

To receive a refund, the customer must email “hello@terrakotafarm.com” within two days of delivery and submit photos of the product the customer would like to request a refund for. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus Delivery Cost and Online Payment Fees (charged by Credit Card Payment Gateway or Banks). The two-day period starts upon delivery acceptance, or two business days from dispatch if no proof of delivery exists.

Upon assessment and approval, TerraKota Farm will issue the refund as soon as reasonably practicable, with an email acknowledgment. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  Refunds will be processed by reversing the initial transaction where possible. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. TerraKota Farm is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
